Meet The Team

Cas Donell, ATP, CRTS®

Cas is a Complex Rehab Technology specialist with over nine years of hands-on experience helping individuals achieve greater independence through custom mobility solutions. He studied Kinesiology at NorthWest Arkansas Community College and the University of Arkansas, giving him a deep understanding of human movement and functional needs.

Outside the clinic, Cas is passionate about the outdoors, travel, and staying active through sports. He leads the production team at his local church and dabbles in  videography. He loves going on adventures with his wife and being the energetic (and slightly mischievous) uncle to his nieces and nephews.

Brett Black, MOT, OTR/L, ATP

Brett  is an Occupational Therapist and Assistive Technology Professional with a strong interest in sensory integration and assistive technology solutions. He began his career as a COTA after earning his degree from Baptist Health Schools in Little Rock, working eight years in the field before completing his master’s in Occupational Therapy at Muskingum University in New Concord, Ohio.

Brett has experience in both pediatric and geriatric settings, focusing on helping individuals access the tools and support they need to participate fully in daily life. As a newly licensed ATP, he looks forward to combining his clinical background with complex rehab technology to provide individualized, effective equipment solutions.

Outside of work, Brett enjoys traveling, cheering on the Hogs, and taking his niece and nephew on new adventures.

Jessica Holliman

Jessica is a Clinical Support Specialist who blends her experience in technology, education, and research to provide thoughtful, effective system support and solutions. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Mississippi and brings a natural strength in communication, marketing, and sales, allowing her to connect easily with others and help create smoother, more enjoyable experiences for the people she supports. Outside of work, Jessica’s heart is with her family. She loves supporting her four children at many youth sporting events or relaxing at the lake with her husband and loved ones.
