Whether you're troubleshooting a device, thinking what options are possible for a client, or simply need guidance, we treat each interaction as an opportunity to build trust and deliver personalized solutions that put your mobility, comfort, and confidence first.

We are fully HIPAA-compliant, meaning any protected health information (PHI) you share with us—whether through our app, customer portal, or direct support interactions—is encrypted, securely stored, and only accessed by authorized personnel on a strict need-to-know basis. We maintain transparent policies on data privacy, product warranties, and responsible use, while providing comprehensive user training and ongoing safety updates. Your phone number and email information will be used excluseively to send messages you have opted-in to receive based on your consent. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
